WHAT SHALL I DO?

1- Put samples on people’s fingers OR yours if they don’t want to have the sample on theirs.
Demo is key because people can see what makes us UNIQUE: NO TOOL NEEDED, and that smell of nail polish, like the liquid one because this is what we are, base/color/top coat all in one strip!
2- Ask them to take a picture together with their pretty finger (if they’re OK with it)

3- Tell them to post it in the Facebook group to gain 5 points for the giveaway!
4- Give them my digital business card so they can stay in touch with me and get all useful links-tell them I’m excited to help them too get the word out about this and/or helping them do what I do!

Always have your resources with you-you want as many people as possible to get a sample on! :-)

RESOURCES

Send me a quick audio here to let me know where you plan on going and how many samples you need.

Here’s what I will provide for you:

  • Twosies (2 fingers-testers sample packs),

  • Alcohol prep pads and

  • ‘You’ve been nailed’ stickers

    You may want to prepare:

  • Mini alcohol gel bottle (to remove any oils)

  • Small scissors (to gently open twosies)

  • A fanny pack to put all the above in it

  • Solution for trash (alcohol pads, twosies backings, transparent top layer and plastic sleeves)

    + Go to the “files” section in my Facebook group for extra fun resources! (scavenger hunt sheet, non mandatory photobooth images to print, stick on thick cardboard and cut.)


    [BEAUMONT, TX and SETX locals: I can provide a mini-clipboard with scavenger hunt and integrated mini photobooth sign to snap pictures and for you and participants to get as many points for the monthly giveaway as y’all can!


IDEAS

1) Innocent approach
Just go about your daily business with the scavenger hunt sheet in hand and plan to approach people with something like ‘I'm doing a scavenger hunt! Can you help me?’. People are often willing to help!

2) Take the wild side!
Go about your daily business with a ‘Great Nail It challenge’ sticker on your heart and stickers and twosies stuck with double-sided tape on the back of your shirt & messages like: “TRY ME!”, “I KNOW YOU WANNA” and fun other messages! People will look at you, smile and ask them how they are.
When they get closer and ask what’s happening, tell them you’re part of the ‘Great Nail It challenge’ movement and can have them try dry nail polish right now (on their finger or yours!)
Then follow steps above mentioned on what to tell people/do!

Extra intentionality!

Make a list of where people who are interested in nails and beauty products could go.
That could be:

Head to where you could meet them, for example:

  • the nearest shopping center

  • the farmers market

  • put up a tent near the park one day to catch people driving by
