  In this experience, part self-paced online program, part sharings in a group format or as individual online meetings, you will get to experience Divine Feminine energy on a somatic (body) level.

PRACTICAL INFORMATION

The program and gatherings (whether private or group) run over 7 consecutive weeks.
This is deep, embodied, transformational inner work (that often reverberates in the outer world too as a result!)
There is NO experience nor physical ability to participate. ALL are welcome!

Here is what you’ll get:

I- An online training space for your online, self-paced resources (accessible for the duration of the program):

For each of the main 7 chakras you’ll get:

• An introductory video to start the weekly explorations with the Goddess of the week (optional)

• A potent 3-part ritual with: 

1. A guided meditation

2. A guided freeform movement journey (dance like no one’s watching because nobody will, you’ll dance'/move as you can and like, on your own).

3. A guided mandala art creation (no artistic skills necessary)

… all of this with specific music, vibrating with the associated chakra for the week.

• A bonus meditation (optional)

II-  7 weekly 1 hour online (optional) meetings to share your experiences of the week, your mandala (and to witness the experiences of  other members of the group if you choose the group format)

III- An online Sacred (group or individual depending on chosen format) space for any further sharings. Participation is optional.

IMPORTANT REMARKS:

- This is a non denominational practice. Everyone is welcome to join. We will work with Goddesses as archetypal energies.
- This journey is for your own personal growth and practice. Participation in the program and overall experience do not grant you any qualification to teach the movement modality we work with. (if you feel called to facilitate it, I will be happy to refer you and help you on your path- just let me know!)
- If at any point, I feel you may need extra assistance on your journey, I will ask you if you’d like a few suggestions.

F.A.Q:

Q1: I am quite busy, how much time does it take a week to participate?
A1: This has been designed to be flexible to fit into a busy lifestyle. Time will vary to match your desired commitment.
If you’re super short on time: do the 3 part ritual=> about 90 min a week. All the rest is optional, but highly recommended!
You can split the online program as you wish, for example, watch the introduction video (about 10-20min) and then follow the other online resources as you wish. I suggest you don’t split the 3 part ritual.

If you have more time/feel like you could benefit from diving deeper at any chakra/with any Goddess, then feel free to come back to the online resources as many times as you’d like during the program duration!
The group calls and Facebook group participation are not compulsory, either, but highly recommended as this is a group experience.

Q2: How long will the online resources and the Facebook group be available for?

A2: They will be open for the duration of the program/experience cycle, that is to say 7 weeks.
After the 7 weeks, the Facebook group will be paused, which means you will still be able to see what has been posted in case you want to come back to it, but it will not be able to post anymore.
If you want to continue journeying with the program and benefit from another uniquely beautiful group experience, you will be invited to journey again with us at a VIP price, at the end of your first cycle (upon request).

Q3: I am pregnant and due soon, can I join? Will I be able to do this now and then, post-partum?
A3: Absolutely!
The meditations can be done seating or laying down.

You can do the movement/dance part gently, listen to your body. You can also choose to seat or lay down. Participants sometimes ‘just’ listen to the chakra-specific music and guidance, without moving. TRUST that the music itself is an important part of this work. Use the program resources when convenient, when you have the energy and feel you could use a bit or much self-care!
Furthermore, it is a great program to do while being pregnant and after birth. Birth is a rite of passage in a woman’s life and deeply connects us to the Divine Feminine. In many countries, post-partum is deeply honored and respected and the new mom pampered. We’d love to welcome you! It will be a potent experience you’ll forever cherish!

Q4: I am a non-native English speaker, do you think I’ll be able to follow along?
A4: As a former ESL teacher, I can tell you that if you have an A2 level from the CECR (European standards for languages learning)-that is to say about 2/4 years of studying English at school- you should be fine!
The main online resources (meditation, 3 part rituals and bonus meditations) are all lead by founder Nathalie Southgate, whose native English is a pure, easy to follow along delight! Don’t worry if you don’t get EVERYTHING. TRUST that the magic is in the specific music and movement practice, and for that, no language issues!!

In the Facebook group, you’ll be able to participate in French or English, as there is an auto-translation tool on posts. I will always post and reply in English though.
